Cancellation Policy

  1. Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
  2. Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not possible via the website.

Return Policy

  1. Returns and exchanges are applicable only on select products. Eligibility is mentioned on each product page.
  2. The standard return window is 5days from delivery.
  3. Return policy is subject to change without prior notice.
  4. If pickup service is unavailable at your location, the product must be self-shipped to our address.
  5. Return/Exchange charges may apply depending on the case.

Refund Policy

  1. Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
  2. Once approved, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
  3. Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
  4. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
  5. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

Note for Return

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Product should have original packaging and tags intact.
  • Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Requests raised after the return window will not be accepted.
